Nanoptic, Inc. is a newly established small venture business which devotes itself to development of MOEMS (Micro-Optical-Electro-Mechanical System) devices based on MEMS and ultra-precision mold processing technology and to develop thermo-fluidics devices and materials by a thermo-fluidics technology. Its main business is to manufacture and sell diffractive optics and ultra-precision plastic lens & related molds for Infrared/Visible light. Diffractive optics so far have been mostly used as special areas due to lack of manufacturing technologies. But, now, applications in the fields of industry, security and medical science are on a rapid increasing trend day after day owing to price renovation which the recent remarkable progress in ultra-precision technology has enabled. Nanoptic, Inc. is straining to develop thermo-fluidics-related high efficiency ceramic heaters and materials and related optic parts by incorporating optic molds and optic parts production technology with ultra precision. And the company is concentrating its efforts on R&D of medical system which are laser system for diagnosis in medical bio-technology, which is one of the future new industries. Nanoptic, Inc. will make its dream come true to be an R&D-centered company who will lead the new industry revolution of 21st century in Korea and in the world as well by developing optoelectronic system related to thermo-fluidics technology, nano-technology and bio-technology.
